We use the top of the line Rekordbox DJ software program by Pioneer DJ.  This allows us to organize and maintain a massive music library, playback and mix sets of music with accuracy every time. Pioneer DJ has been the industry standard globally for over 20 years in the DJ and audio production space. We don't settle for second best.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • What are your business hours?

    Our operating hours are Monday to Sunday year round. 


    Office hours for consultations are Monday to Friday 6pm to 9pm.

     

    We are on call 365 Days a year from 8am to 10pm. 

  • Methods of payment we accept?

    We accept payment via Interac E Transfer, Certified Cheque only. 


    Full payment is due 10 days before the event.


    Date reservation fee of $250 is required to secure the date of the event and goes towards the performance fee. 

  • What is your cancellation Policy?

    The $250 date reservation fee is non refundable after booking with us. 


    50% of the contract balance is due if cancelled before 30 days of the event.


    The full balance of the contract is due if cancelled within 30 days of the event. 


    If the DJ cancels the event a full refund will be issued. 

  • Out of town service?

    We service the areas of Calgary, Bragg Creek, DeWinton, Cochrane, Airdrie with no additional trip charges. 


    Canmore, Banff, and other areas will have out of town service fees. 

  • What insurance do you carry?

    We carry a 2 million dollar liability policy for coverage at every event. 

  • Do you offer rental equipment?

    We do not offer rental equipment, we provide on site service with our staff operating at all times. 

  • What business license do you hold?

    Our business license covers us for operations in Alberta. 


    We hold membership with the Canadian DJ collective.

  • Do we Emcee at events?

    Yes we do! We handle all the standard announcements and engage the crowd. 


    We also help if you have chosen an Emcee for the event.

  • Do you take requests?

    Yes we do, both in advance with our music planners as well as live during the event. 


    We always ensure that appropreate tracks are played for the crowd present. 

  • Do you bring backup equipment?

    Yes we do, we are prepared in the event of a technical malfunction.
