Frequently Asked Questions

  • What are your business hours?

    Our operating hours are Monday to Sunday year round. 


    Office hours for consultations are Monday to Friday 6pm to 10pm. 

    We can schedule meetings upon request on Saturday and Sunday.

     

    We are on call 365 Days a year from 8am to 10pm. 


    We are closed to bookings on Holidays:


        Victoria Day

        Canada Day

        Labour Day

        Thanksgiving

        Christmas Day

  • Methods of payment we accept?

    We accept payment via Interac E Transfer, Certified Cheque only. 


    Full payment is due 7 days before the event.


    Date reservation fee of $250 is required to secure the date of the event and goes towards the performance fee. 

  • What is your cancellation Policy?

    When booking, a minimum of $250 is required to secure the date of the event for the DJ service, it goes towards the remaining balance of the contracted amount. 


    The $250 date reservation fee is non refundable after booking with us. 


    Decided termination of this agreement by the Purchaser is subject to the following fees:


    a. Termination of the contract 180 days or more before the event results in no additional fees. 

    The date reservation fee will not be refunded. 


    b. Termination of the contract less than 180 days, but more than 90 days, before the event will require a payment of $500 or the remaining balance due, whichever is less.


    c. Termination of the contract less than 90 days before the event will require payment of the remaining balance due.


    If the DJ cancels the event a full refund will be issued. 

  • Out of town service?

    We provide services in the provinces of Southern Alberta and British Columbia Rocky Mountain areas only. 


    With The PEAK Package:

    Out of town service is included for: 

    De Winton, Okotoks, Bragg Creek, Airdrie, Chestermere, Strathmore, Cochrane


    With The SUMMIT Package: 

    Out of town service is included for: 

    De Winton, Okotoks, Bragg Creek, Airdrie, Chestermere, Strathmore, Cochrane, Canmore, Kananaskis, Harvie Heights



    All other packages: 

    Canmore, Banff, and other areas will have out of town service fees which are billed with the service contract upon booking. 


    We may request hotel stay depending on duration of the event and location.


    If the client reserves a hotel for the DJ in advance we take off 20% off the trip fee.


    We bill at $0.72 Per Km Round Trip.


    We bill flat rate for the following areas for 2025 & 2026:


    Water Valley - $165


    High River - $67


    Strathmore - $95


    Canmore - $167


    Red Deer - $237 + Hotel Stay


    Edmonton - $457 + Hotel Stay


    Banff - $200 + Hotel Stay


    Lake Louise - $279 + Hotel Stay


    Jasper - $612 + Hotel Stay


    Drumheller-  $220+Hotel Stay


  • What insurance do you carry?

    We carry a 2 million dollar liability policy for coverage at every event. 

  • Do you offer rental equipment?

    We do not offer rental equipment, we provide on site service with a licensed and insured DJ /AV Technician operating at all times. 

  • What business license do you hold?

    Our business license covers us for operations in Alberta and British Columbia Rocky Mountains. 


    We hold membership with the Canadian DJ collective.

  • Do we Emcee at events?

    Yes we do! We handle all the standard announcements and engage the crowd. 


    We also help if you have chosen an Emcee for the event.

  • Do you take requests?

    Yes we do, both in advance with our music planners as well as live during the event. 


    We always ensure that appropreate tracks are played for the crowd present. 

  • Do you bring backup equipment?

    Yes we do, we are prepared in the event of a technical malfunction.
